I have occupied many roles since the start of my career in the oil exploration industry nearly 30 years ago. I have been involved in conventional and G.P.S. survey field acquisition, G.I.S. capture and analysis, pipe locating, line construction, crew management and data QC – both in the field and as a 3rd Party Auditor. I have worked in many capacities during my career; chainer, rodman, surveyor, catpush, processor, and survey auditor. I have worked all over Western Canada, in many states of the USA and several countries across the globe – heading up day-to-day survey operations for some great companies.
In addition to having a strong field background, I also possess a unique and very powerful computer skill set, with a heavy emphasis on G.I.S. mapping software, and many data processing suites of software such as GPSeismic, Surfer, GrafNav, as well as stand-alone Leica and Trimble products.
I have a proven safety record and possess many years of experience in leadership roles where I strive to lead by example at all times.
Our first love is the data! From the first scout until the last piece of garbage is collected, it is all about making sure best practices are adhered to and every bit of data is optimal.
